The parties' contract has indemnification provisions which expired before the plaintiffs asserted the claims at issue before the Court. The Court grants summary judgment in favor of the defendants and denies summary judgment to the plaintiffs, holding that the indemnification provisions are not ambiguous and that the plaintiffs' proposed construction would render other provisions superfluous.
