If you are using Google Chrome as your web browser you may receive an error when attempting to open the Civil and Criminal Docketing Statement PDFs. This is a known issue with the Google Chrome PDF Viewer and how it interacts with dynamic PDF forms. If you experience this issue you can perform any of the below solutions to gain access to the PDFs.

• Use Microsoft Internet Explorer to access the forms. There are no compatibility issues when using that browser.
• In Google Chrome, right-click on the PDF link you want to access and select "Save link as...". This will enable you to save the PDF directly to your computer and open it in Adobe Acrobat.
• Disable the Chrome PDF Viewer in Google Chrome. To accomplish this you would type about:plugins into Chrome's address bar. This will bring up a listing of Chrome plugins. Look down the list and disable the Chrome PDF Viewer.

After completing the form, in order to create a PDF suitable for electronic filing, you must use the Print to a PDF as follows:

When printing, select "Adobe PDF" as your printer destination. You'll be prompted to save the file.

If you don't have Adobe Acrobat, free software is available to Print to a PDF. For example:

CutePDF for PC

When working on a PC, you can use CutePDF for PC.

Install both the writer and the converter.

When printing, select "CutePDF Writer."

PDF Writer for Mac

When working on a Mac, you can use PDF Writer for Mac.

When printing, select "PDFWriter."
