CPS Reporting

The Family Protection Representation Indigent Defense Expenditure Report (IDER) is collected every year. This report collects county expenditures and appointments for court-appointed legal representation of parents, non-parent conservators, and children in Child Protective Services (CPS) cases pursuant to Government Code § 79.0365.
