Criminal eFiling Rules Promulgated

The Court of Criminal Appeals and Supreme Court of Texas have promulgated the Statewide Rules Governing Electronic Filing in Criminal Cases, effective September 1, 2015, for Hidalgo County, and for all other counties in Texas effective November 1, 2015, subject to potential changes made after the comment period. The rules may be changed in response to public comments received before August 30, 2015. Any interested party may submit written comments directed to Abel Acosta, Clerk of the Court, at P.O.
