Summary
OCA announces the availability of funds to support technology equipment purchases in counties implementing electronic filing through an equipment loan program. Subject to availability of funds, OCA will purchase personal computers (PCs) and servers for clerks, judges and coordinators. Priority will be given to counties in reverse order of the mandate dates. At the conclusion of the useful life of the equipment, the intent is to transfer the equipment permanently to the county holding the equipment for continued use in the electronic filing program. Counties interested in participating in the computer equipment loan program should submit a notice of intent.
