Final eFiling Rules Adopted by High Courts

The Court of Criminal Appeals and Supreme Court of Texas have given final approval to the Statewide Rules Governing Electronic Filing in Criminal Cases, effective November 1, 2015. Hidalgo County is currently the only county offering permissive eFiling, but more counties across Texas are expected to being providing permissive criminal eFiling later this year.
