FY 2019 Guardianship Abuse, Fraud, and Exploitation Deterrence Program Annual Report

The Office of Court Administration published the Guardianship Abuse, Fraud, and Exploitation Deterrence Program Annual Report FY19.  On September 1, 2019 the OCA initiated the Guardianship Abuse, Fraud, and Exploitation Deterrence Program (GAFEDP) pursuant to SB 31 (86th Session) to provide assistance to courts throughout the state in the administration of guardianship cases. This report provides and overview of the program’s work.
