Judicial Council Proposes Amendments to Collections & Reporting Rules

The Texas Judicial Council recently approved notice to adopt and publish amendments to the Collections Improvement Program Rules. Notice is published in the March 25 issue of the Texas Register. Earliest possible date of adoption: April 24, 2016. Also published are proposed changes to its reporting requirements for case activity reports and other reports. Notice is published in the April 1 issue of the Texas Register. Earliest possible date of adoption: May 1, 2016.
