Summary
House Bill 866 and House Bill 2747 (84th Legislature, R.S.) made changes to the qualification requirements for and exemptions from jury service effective September 1, 2015. OCA has updated its model jury summons form and instructions to reflect the changes in the law. The revised model jury summons and questionnaire is for jurors summoned to serve on or after September 1, 2015. The revised model jury summons form and instructions are available here.
