OCA Releases "Jury Trials During the COVID-19 Pandemic: Observations & Recommendations"

Pursuant to the Supreme Court's Twenty-Second Emergency Order, the Office of Court Administration has released a report entitled Jury Trials During the COVID-19 Pandemic: Observations & Recommendations. The report details the actions taken by the Texas Judiciary during the pandemic, including observations from the twenty jury trials conducted since March under the Supreme Court's Emergency Orders.
