Requests for transcripts for hearings styled in The Business Court of Texas must be submitted in writing to the court reporter who took the verbatim record. Counsel must confirm this information at the hearing or by contacting the Court Services Manager, Leonardo Perales, at leonardo.perales@txcourts.gov.
Transcript requests must include in writing:
Case name
Complete cause number, appellate case number if applicable
Specific date(s) of hearing(s) requested
Judge who presided over proceedings
Payment must be received in advance before commencement of work. Delivery timeline begins on the date payment is received.
If request for Reporter’s Record is appellate, please inform the court reporter.
