Please visit the Commission's FSCLynx portal page to submit laboratory self-disclosure. All users must have a registered account using an official, employing accredited laboratory email address to submit a self-disclosure. If you need the portal page link or have questions about your account email address and login information or need to set up a laboratory or agency portal account with the Commission, please contact the Commission office at info@fsc.texas.gov.
