OOG Grant Program

As part of HB 9 (87th Legislature, CS2), the Governor’s OLS Grant Program may offer court administration officials certain funds in managing OLS-related cases. Because of the limited timeframe to certify a grant application, OCA strongly urges local judges and court administration leaders in OLS counties to contact the Governor’s Public Safety Office to begin discussing available funds for court support needs.
